Comic

The idea behind the use of a comic as a means of describing a building is an attempt to explain this very complicated building to non-architects and those who may not understand architectural drawings.

This method was used continuously throughout the design process for this building, both as a descriptive and a design tool, in better understanding spaces from an occupational and usage point of view. It sets up a narrative of life within the building and allows us to see the spaces, not in abstraction, but as occupied, living pieces of the story.
